Cuff height is measured at the back, from the surface the sole rests on to the top edge of the sock. Shoe opening is measured at the back, from the surface the shoe rests on to the lowest point of the opening.

Delivered sealed
This item is delivered sealed for hygiene. Once the seal is open it cannot be returned. Unopened, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as normal.
No silicone
Nothing on this sock touches your skin except yarn. It is held by fabric band. Typically that holds less firmly than silicone, but there is nothing on your skin.
